Participants Guide

The workshop will be hosted by NRAMM which is located at the Simons Electron Microscopy Center at the New York Structural Biology Center.  The lectures, poster sessions, and meals will be held at CUNY Advanced Science Research Center  which is immediately adjacent to NYSBC where NRAMM is located:  ASRC Auditorium, 89 St. Nicholas Terrace, New York, NY  10027.

There are many ways to get to the ASRC auditorium (walking, taxi, bus, metro). Google will help you find all of them.  This map, Walking Directions from Aloft , shows the way on foot from the Aloft Hotel.  Let us know if you want more specific directions or a walking route that is a more gentle climb.

Course check-in time is 4:00PM on Sunday, October 29, 2017.   The course will run to approximately 9PM each evening, except for Wednesday which will end at noon with a box lunch to provide a free afternoon for the participants to explore the city. The course will end on Friday November 3, 2017 at approximately noon. Participants are expected to attend the entire course.

Lunch and dinner will be provided on site every day except for Wednesday dinner when participants are on their own. We will provide options for vegetarians but unfortunately it is generally not  possible to accommodate any specific nutritional preferences beyond this.
