“Instructions and tips on using the Vitrobot”

The Vitrobot is a semi-automatic cryo-freezing device made by FEI, and used to make reproducible cryo-grids. It has a blotting chamber for keeping the sample and grid at a desired temperature and humidity (80-90% max). Images of samples in ice will be shown and some tips for using the Vitrobot will be discussed.
