Dragonfly is a commercially supported image processing and visualization platform for 2D/3D/4D microscopy and other imaging data. In this presentation, we will mix seminar-style presentation of the technologies available in Dragonfly along with tutorial-style demonstrations.  Topics covered will include image processing, image segmentation, quantitative analysis, and making movies. Special attention will be given to new advanced segmentation features using superpixel spatial discretization methods as well as machine learning supervised classification. We will also discuss how end-users can add functionality through rich Python integration sockets and how those plugins can be shared through Dragonfly’s integrated App Store..
