The Structure of the Sec13/31 COPII Coat Cage

We have solved the structure of a self assembling cage of Sec13/31 to 30 resolution. This structure shows for the first time the architecture of the Sec13/31 COPII coat cage that is involved in the export of proteins from the ER to the Golgi apparatus.
