“Small drops with big impact!  An overview of Scienion Technology and Applications.”

The need to precisely and accurately deposit very small volumes of biological and chemical content on surfaces exists across a wide range of applications. In research and diagnostics, typical uses include microarray spotting on functionalized surfaces, and depositing samples on pre-defined biochip targets.  An overview of recent applications such as in cell arrays, assay miniaturization, high-throughout polymer surfaces screening, and hydrogels, will be presented.
