“An update on the IIMS Workshop at the European Bioinformatics Institute”

Information Interchange for Molecular Structures (IIMS) overall goal is to develop a system to integrate the results of three-dimensional electron microscopy (3D-EM) with models from X-ray and NMR methods. The workshop discussed many of the issues that arise from deposition and the presentation of the data in a form that will be useful to non-specialists.
