“Introduction to the Plasma Cleaner”

I will give a brief overview of the Fischione 1020 Plasma Cleaner operation and potential. The plasma cleaner uses oxygen and argon to
eliminate hydrocarbons from a TEM stage or grid. We are testing it on uantifoil grids, in order to obtain better cryo-grids.
