“Computational Tracking in Fluorescent Speckle Microscopy”
Gaudenz Danuser – Department of Cell Biology, The Scripps Research Institute, La Jolla, CA
In this presentation I will introduce a general taxonomy of tracking methods and will discuss how the specific requirements of Fluorescent Speckle Microscopy (high density of particles, high particle instability, high rates of particle appearances and disappearances, and complex flow structures) have driven the development of new tracking algorithms in LCCB.
