“The new mini SEM from Hitachi”

An overview of a new mini scanning electron microscope from Hitachi will be resented. This SEM  is compact and as easy to use as a digital camera. No coating of the specimen is required. Magnification 20-10,000x, set 15kV backscatter with 25nm resolution.  A demonstration of the instrument will be provided following the forum.
