“3D Electron microscopy has a communication problem“

Software developed in research environments usually lacks an engineering perspective in its conception. This results in a number of very useful and important programs that lack well-defined interfaces. This talk addresses some of the difficulties that the EM community faces for interchanging and sharing both data and methodological developments.
