EMDB 2015/2016 Map Challenge

NRAMM contributed a dataset to the EMDB 2015/2016 Map Challenge. The Challenge is now in the Assessment phase. The dataset was the basis of a 2.8 A resolution reconstruction of the Thermoplasma acidophilum 20S proteasome [pubmed].
