Cryo-electron image reconstructions of HBV (top) and Qβ (bottom) capsids. On the left X-ray crystal structures have been docked into the cryo electron density maps. This work was a collaboration with the group of MG Finn at TSRI who are incorporating unnatural amino acid into virus-like particles.
