“A 7 map of TMV?”

We have been using TMV as a test bed for developing automated data collection methods.  Currently we can use our automated system to automatically reconstruct density maps of TMV to a resolution of approximately 7A in less than 24 hours.  These results have enabled us to determine optimal settings for maximizing resolution and throughput for data collection on a CCD camera.  We will provide an update on the current methods and results on this project.
