“Xmipp capabilities for 3DEM”

Xmipp is the software package developed at the National Center of Biotechnology (CSIC, Madrid). It is an image processing package which is used mostly for single-particle reconstruction and electron tomography.

In this talk we will see the features of Xmipp distinct from other standard processing packages.
