250K particles of GroEL in 24 hours

250K particles of GroEL in 24 hours

Over 250,000 particles of GroEL were acquired using Leginon in a period of 24 hours.These particles were sorted by ice thickness and used for a 3D reconstruction of GroEL at approximately 7 resolution.
